he immersive retail experience uses AI-powered camera technology to help visitors discover their perfect Le Creuset colour. Le Creuset has launched a world-first immersive retail experience at Harrods in London, inviting visitors to discover which of the iconic cookware brand's colours best matches their natural preferences. Running from 20th October to the13th November 2026, the free experience, titled Made to Be Yours, transforms the Harrods Linley Kitchen into an interactive colour discovery destination.
How does the experience work?
Rather than relying on a traditional questionnaire or touchscreen, Made to Be Yours uses AI-powered camera technology to respond to where visitors naturally direct their gaze and how they react as Le Creuset's colours unfold on screen.

The experience then reveals the colour each visitor is instinctively drawn to, accompanied by an explanation of the inspiration behind their match.
A cinematic final reveal immerses visitors in their selected colour, before generating a personalised piece of digital artwork inspired by their discovery. The artwork can be saved as a digital keepsake or shared on social media.
Bringing AI into luxury retail
Colour has been central to Le Creuset's identity for more than a century, from its signature Volcanic orange to its growing collection of contemporary shades.
The new experience offers a different way for customers to explore that heritage, combining the brand's established identity with interactive technology and personalised digital content.

Developed in collaboration with immersive technology specialists Aircards Studio, the experience combines AI-powered interaction, digital content and bespoke physical production to create a personalised journey within the Harrods retail environment. According to the official press release, the experience is completely anonymous. Camera images are processed in real time and are not stored, and visitors are not individually identified.
Where and when can you visit?
Made to Be Yours is available at the Harrods Linley Kitchen in London from 20 October to 13 November 2026. The experience is free to visit and invites shoppers to discover the Le Creuset colour that's made for them.
